What Moves You Forward?
You may want to begin exercising to lose weight, build muscle, find mental clarity, lower blood pressure, prepare for a race, or just because you want to look a little better in that one pair of jeans you've got - and all of those are completely valid reasons to hit the gym. The important thing is you're taking the first step, and I'm here to keep you going.
I've been training with weights for almost 25 years now, and ever since my first self-guided workout as a kid in the garage with a secondhand set of weights my mom bought at a rummage sale, I've been hooked - and the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction I got with that old stack of weights is something that I think everyone should experience. To someone that could translate to a marathon PR or something as simple as the ability to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping; we're all starting from somewhere different, the most important thing is that we keep moving forward.​​​

PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training with workouts designed specifically for you. We can meet at your home or utilize a gym in Walker's Point or on the East Side, whichever is more convenient for you.
Single sessions start at $75/hour.

GROUP EXERCISE
If you're more comfortable in a group setting or sweating it out with some friends, partner and group training is an option.
Partner workouts start at $90/hour.​
