You may want to begin exercising to lose weight, gain muscle, find mental clarity, lower blood pressure, reduce risk or symptoms of diabetes, or just because you want to look a little better in that one pair of jeans you've got - and any and all of those are completely valid reasons to start you're journey. The important thing is you're starting, and I'm here to keep you going.

 

I've been lifting weights for almost 25 years now, and ever since my first self-guided workout in my parent's barn with a secondhand set of weights my mom bought for me at a rummage sale, I've been hooked - and the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction I got with that old stack of weights is something that I think everyone should experience. To someone that could translate to a marathon PR, or something as simple as the ability to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping; we're all starting from somewhere different, the most important thing is that we keep moving forward.​​​

what we DO

PERSONAL TRAINING

Private, on location personal training with a program designed specifically for your needs and goals. We can meet at your home or utilize our fully equipped gym space in downtown Milwaukee. 

​​​I will write a program for you as well as give you some "homework" between each of our sessions.

​​

The gym is located downtown and is equipped with free weights, squat rack, cable machines, rowing and cardio equipment, heavy bags, a turf area for sprints and sled work, and more!

​

GROUP EXERCISE

 If you're more comfortable in a group setting or sweating it out with some friends, couple and group training is available as well (discounts for pairs and larger groups).

​

Get together with your workout buddy, a group of friends, or some reluctant family members and give a private group class a shot!

Group Workouts are for up to 8 people.​
