one-on-one personal training - a one hour long session at our Walker's Point location - $70/session

FSF At Home

A program designed for you and equipment you have at home to do on your own, text check-ins and one phone call a month to discuss and make changes as needed - $150/month

FSF All-In

A program designed for you with specific goals/timeline in mind, minimum two in-person sessions per week, text check-ins -

16 sessions - $1,000

FSF Partner Workouts

A one hour long session for you and a friend at our Walker's Point location -

$80/session

FSF Hybrid

An at-home program with one in-person training session once per week, text check-ins - $350/month
